Orders dispatched from V.ssali are checked and approved for quality
control. Therefore, refunds will only be granted if an item is damaged
or faulty when received in its original packaging.
Any purchases made online, can be exchanged or returned for a credit
voucher if sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Overseas
customers have 21 days to return item from day of purchase to qualify
for a return. Please keep in mind that this excludes any sale items.
Items that are marked or stained and items without tags attached. We do
not accept items ordered online in-store, therefore all online purchases
must be returned to the address above.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Returns should include the original invoice with your name, contact number and e-mail. Please note that you will be contacted once V.ssali has received the parcel. A coupon will then be provided to you. An exchange for another style of the same or greater value will be accepted using this coupon. Please keep in mind V.ssali will not be responsible for covering any shipping charges. We recommend to use registered post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.
Please note:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- We strongly suggest that you choose your item carefully as we stand by our return policy
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Gift vouchers/credit notes are non-refundable
